According to the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation’s big data analysis for February 2023, NewJeans has ranked first for group brand value, followed by the BLACKPINK members who are in the second position. Moreover, the rookie group H1-KEY ranked third on the same charts. Talking about NewJeans, the group has held onto its position at the top of the same chart with a brand value index standing at 5,851,068.
As mentioned earlier, BLACKPINK stands at the second position with an index of 4,928,763. H1-KEY, which stands in the third position is currently with 2,994,726. With this, the group makes a major leap with a 1,872.60% increase in the brand value index compared to 151,816 in January.

BLACKPINK’s youngest member Lisa seems to have added another feather to her hat. She has reportedly bought a lush new home in the Seongbuk-dong area of South Korea’s Seoul. For the unversed, it is known to be a posh area filled with a lot of rich and influential families.

The Paris tour
On January 25, 2023, the BLACKPINK members attended the French Hospital Foundation Gala Concert at Le Zenith Arena in Paris, France. For the unversed, it is an event hosted by a charity organization that is headed by Brigitte Macron, the first lady of France. She also serves as the chairman of the board. Every year, the foundation continues to host various volunteer activities and fundraising events with the aim to improve hospitalization conditions for sick children.
BLACKPINK officially became the first-ever K-pop artist to be invited to a popular concert in France. Other global pop stars such as Pharrell Williams and Mika were also witnessed at the event. As for BLACKPINK, they did the closing performance and performed the title song which is ‘Shut Down’, and the pre-release song ‘Pink Venom’ from their popular regular album.
