BLACKPINK’s Jennie has made yet another record again, and this time, it’s on the Billboard Top 100 charts. This is a result of her amazing number, ‘One of the Girls’ which she collaborated with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp. For the unversed, this soundtrack has now reached number 69 on the charts.
Jennie’s New Score as a K-pop Soloist
BLACKPINK member Jennie reached the above-mentioned milestone by surpassing her bandmate Rosé’s previous record of number 70 with the track ‘On The Ground.’ This achievement has made the diva the highest-charting K-pop soloist on the list.
Not only that but Jennie also continues to break records with her songs apart from this one that has currently made her the number one K-pop artist on Billboard. Earlier, the Born Pink singer exceeded the peak monthly listeners of NewJeans on Spotify in 2023. She has now reached an extraordinary milestone of 30.83 million monthly listeners on the same musical platform. This achievement even surpasses BTS who currently have 30.75 million listeners.

Other Records
The One of the Girls singer has established a new record for K-pop female soloists. Now, she holds the second-highest position among K-pop acts on the musical platform Spotify for current monthly listeners. She is said to be just behind Jungkook’s 36.81 million monthly listeners. Impressively, Jennie has attained the same with only three songs credited to her name – those are Solo, You & Me, and One of The Girls.
Jennie’s Collab With YG Entertainment
It was announced some time back that all the BLACKPINK members, including Jennie, have renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment. This is the same agency with which the group was already associated. However, none of the members renewed their individual contracts with YG. In the midst of all this, Jennie surprised everyone on December 24, 2023, by announcing her personal label titled ODD ATELIER (OA). However, she will continue her activities with YG Entertainment as an inevitable part of BLACKPINK. Another member of the group, Jisoo, is said to have joined her brother’s agency reportedly titled BLISSOO.
