BLACKPINK’s youngest member Lisa seems to have added another feather to her hat. She has reportedly bought a lush new home in the Seongbuk-dong area of South Korea’s Seoul. For the unversed, it is known to be a posh area filled with a lot of rich and influential families.
However, what has left the fans of the diva even more surprised is the price of the house. It is because the BLACKPINK member’s new abode may have cost a whopping 7.5 billion KRW which makes for around 6 million USD approximately.
Lisa’s new home details
The luxurious urban villa that Lisa has bought is reportedly over 7,200 square feet. It includes a space above the ground story and two basement stories. A few reports also suggest that the basement area includes a one-by-one floor while the upper area is double-storied. For the unversed, the same place has previously housed Jang Seon Yoon who is the granddaughter of Shin Kyuk Ho – Lotte Corporation founder. She is also the Managing Director at Hotel Lotte Co Ltd. and reportedly bought the same land in 2014 where the house was built for 2 years. According to the latest reports, Lisa signed the contract in July 2022, and the final deal for the same was made in January 2023.

It is time for the BLACKPINK fans to rejoice because one of the members, Lisa has earned a nomination at the Premio Lo Nuestro awards 2023! On January 23, 2023, Premio Lo Nuestro (or Lo Nuestro Awards) announced their complete list of nominations for the 35th annual show. For the unversed, it is the longest-running Latin music ceremony.
The Lo Nuestro Awards is a Spanish-language awards show that is observed to celebrate the year’s best Latin music. For the unversed, it is presented by the popular Spanish-language U.S. TV network named Univision. The nominations for the same are based on assessments by various entertainment experts, the number of streaming counts, and Uforia radio airplay between October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.
BLACKPINK member Lisa has been nominated for her earlier “Crossover” Collaboration of the Year – “SG.” For the unversed, it was her October 2021 collaboration with renowned artists like DJ Snake, Megan Thee Stallion, and Ozuna.
