On August 25, 2022, the BLACKPINK members Jennie, Jisoo, Rose, and Lisa finally arrived at South Korea’s Incheon International Airport. The girl group was spotted departing for the United States from the same. The BLACKPINK members are scheduled to perform at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards on August 28, 2022 (local time). This also marks their first-ever group appearance at the airport in a long time. Moreover, there is no denying that all the girl group members left everyone stunned with their charming and youthful appearances.

The airport appearances
While Rose donned a comfortable outfit with baggy brown trousers and a black top, her fellow group-mate Jennie paired black boots and a white dress. There is no denying that the duo gave a definite dainty vibe. BLACKPINK’s Lisa, on the other hand, opted for a trusty and classic combination of a white T-shirt with blue jeans. Lastly, the group’s fellow member Jisoo opted for a classic vibe in a monochromatic black and white dress.

Talking about BLACKPINK members, they made their much-awaited comeback on August 19, 2022, with their pre-release track Pink Venom. The track has made multiple records to date. On August 22, 2022, the group wrapped up with a whopping 10 million streams and above on the track’s very first day on the popular music platform Spotify. Now, Pink Venom has become the biggest K-pop song to debut on the platform in 2022. It has beat BTS’ Yet to Come in the said category. Apart from that, the song has also topped the Global Top 50 chart of US Spotify. It is the first-ever song by Korean female artists to have achieved the feat.

For the unversed, Pink Venom is the second album pre-release song of the BLACKPINK members. As for the music video, it has predominantly surpassed 100 million views on yet another platform, YouTube, on August 20, 2022. The said song was released on August 19, 2022, at 1 pm, and within around 30 hours, it created multiple records, one after the other. This makes it the fastest among all the K-pop girl group videos to have reached a whopping 100 million views so far.
