BLACKPINK’s Jisoo tops influencers list at Paris Fashion Week 2023 with $22.4M earned media value

The BLACKPINK members seem to have proved their global influence once again, and how! The K-pop group recently attended the 2023 Spring/Summer Paris Fashion Weeks and grabbed headlines for multiple reasons. Recently, the popular influencer analytical media outlet platform Lefty revealed the top 10 influencers of the Paris Fashion Week.

BLACKPINK member Jisoo ranked at the number one position among the same with a total earned media value (EMV) of 22.4 million USD and 7% engagement rate. Jisoo’s ranking also helped Dior dominate the top brand list at the mega event with a total EMV of around 45.5 million USD.

BLACKPINK’s new feat

Not only Jisoo, but two other BLACKPINK members, Rosé and Jennie, also participated in the Paris Fashion Week and were among the top 4 of the list of influencers in the parade with values higher than EMV 10 million USD. They are also the only representatives from Asia to have reached the aforementioned figures.

BORN PINK tour

The BLACKPINK members are currently gearing up for their BORN PINK tour that is scheduled to kickstart on October 15, 2022. For the unversed, the first two dates will take place in Seoul, South Korea. The lengthy tour will reportedly continue till June 2023, during which the group will make stops in Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America.

The BLACKPINK members recently made a massive comeback with their full-length album BORN PINK. Moreover, the pre-release track Pink Venom and the title track Shut Down have garnered a humongous response from music lovers. On September 30, 2022, it was revealed that BLACKPINK’s Pink Venom surpassed 200 million streams on the popular platform Spotify. For the unversed, it was released on August 19, 2022, and has become the fastest K-pop girl group song in the history of Spotify to have reached such a number. Pink Venom is the group’s 15th song to have achieved such a feat and the quickest one among them.

Apart from Pink Venom, BORN PINK’s title track, Shut Down, has also created multiple records and won the hearts of music lovers. The track has ruled the YouTube charts ever since its release and has extended its reign to the sixth consecutive week.
