BLACKPINK’s Rosé dominates celebrity YouTuber rankings with $8.2 million earnings

Rosé has to be one of the most loved BLACKPINK members, and her latest YouTube earnings stream is proof. The APT hitmaker has topped the list of Forbes Korea’s 2025 Celebrity YouTuber Rankings with 19.1 million subscribers and an estimated annual income of $8.2 million on August 27. Rosé’s channel currently features 87 videos and has surpassed over 3.6 billion views.

The BLACKPINK member shares her solo releases, behind-the-scenes clips, personal vlogs, and other official teasers on the platform.

In the past few months, Rosé’s reputation has increased further, following her collaboration with Bruno Mars for the track APT. It was announced to be the fastest K-pop release of 2024 had reached 100 million views on YouTube. The song also peaked at no. 3 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and set a record for the highest-charting single by a female K-pop artist. APT even remained on the chart for 41 consecutive weeks and was able to garner over 100 million streams on Spotify within a week.

Well, Rosé’s influence doesn’t stay only in music, but even on social media! That’s because the artist was named one of Time Magazine’s 1oo most influential people of the year in April. Most recently, Rosé also made history by scoring eight nominations as a K-pop soloist at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2025. In fact, seven of these nominations were for APT alone, which proved to be the most chart-topping number for the 28-year-old who made her debut in 2016 as a member of BLACKPINK.

Rosé has witnessed a plethora of ups and downs in 2025, especially in terms of her career. This year, she withdrew from the Korea Music Copyright Association, marking the first-ever departure by a major K-pop artist from the organization in 22 years.

Rosé’s contract with the body was finally terminated on January 31, 2025. Later, on May 1, she was also announced as a part of the lineup of artists who featured on F1 the Album. For the unversed, it is the soundtrack album to the sports drama of the same name. Rosé’s track titled Messy was released as the second single of the album on May 8.

In other news, the BLACKPINK members are currently busy with their DEADLINE tour. The K-pop girl group is performing across multiple continents and also breaking several ticketing records.

To BLINKS’ surprise, YG Entertainment confirmed a few days ago that BLACKPINK is also planning to make a comeback in November this year by releasing a mini-album. However, more details are awaited from the K-pop girl group’s side yet.
