The Septet member recently appeared on VLive as a treat for his fans, where he opened up about performing alone without his members again. Hobi also assured that Jin, who had left for military service last month, is doing well. He revealed that the eldest vocalist of the BTS had called him from an unknown number ahead of his performance and that it felt really good to hear from him.

J-Hope said that Jin called him on December 31, 2022, saying “‘JHopeeeee’. Why didn’t you answer my phone?” He talked about how Jin scolded him for not answering his phone. The latter is said to have explained saying that he didn’t know his number. Here is what Hobi further said, “The moment I heard his voice, it felt so good. I think he’s fine and doing well, so I am very relieved. So don’t worry.”
