BTS’ Jimin and Ha Sung Woon’s new OST ‘With You’ creates new records

Are you still waiting for BTS members’ comeback with their new song or album? Well, you do not have to worry much. It is because one of their members, Jimin, has already released an OST of his own that is currently creating a sensation on the Internet. He collaborated with yet another talented artist, Ha Sung Woon, for the OST, With You. As soon as the track was released, it received a humongous response from fans and music lovers.

YAMYAM entertainment made the grand release on April 24, 2022, of the much-awaited OST video of Jimin and Ha Sung Woon’s track, and we are already enamored by their melodious voices! Moreover, the sweet message of a person clinging to a loved one no matter what the situation is has touched the heart of every fan around the world. What stands out in the much-loved OST is the charming tone of Ha Sung Woon and the sweet tone of Park Jimin.

A record buster!

Just a day after the release of the OST video, iTunes had a special announcement to make about With You already! So, the song has now topped the iTunes Top Songs Chart in not one but 100 countries within 4 hours and 44 minutes of its release. It is a record in itself, and this reminds us of the time when BTS’ single Dynamite set the same record within just 8 hours of its release. Moreover, it is the shortest record created by any song in OST history and the shortest record by a Korean solo singer. Well, it calls for double celebrations for all the fans of Jimin and Ha Sung Woon.

If that isn’t enough, the OST is also gaining popularity on Melon which is the largest music site in South Korea. Apart from that, With You debuted in the 7^th place on the Top 100 chart even though it was released a little later than most other Korean singles, which was at 11 pm KST.

For the unversed, With You is Jimin’s first-ever OST. On the other hand, Ha Sung Woon has earlier released some beautiful OSTs for popular dramas like Our Beloved Summer, True Beauty, etc.

Moreover, as soon as the song was released, it created a sensation on Twitter, with fans showering huge praises on both Jimin and Ha Sung Woon for their amazing contribution to With You.
