BTS’ Jin gets ready for military discharge as fans await his ‘dad jokes’

BTS Jin, the eldest member of the boy band and the first one to begin his military enlistment, is all set for his discharge soon. Yes, that’s right! Mr. Worldwide Handsome has already begun the countdown months ahead of his much-awaited discharge from the South Korean military.

For the unversed, ‘The Astronaut’ singer joined the military in December 2022. Meanwhile, the BTS Army has already started sharing comments on all social media platforms which showcases their excitement regarding Jin’s discharge.

Jin’s new post

Meanwhile, Jin, who loves to keep in touch with his fans, took to Weverse on Monday, and wrote, “D-100.” According to the latest reports, he is likely to be discharged around June 10-15 this year. That is why the fans are excited about his return and have already started celebrating for the same.

Many of them have also commented on Jin’s Weverse post. One of them wrote, “Just a little more patience, Jinie. Just 100 days more, and you’re back. Our Moon is going to come home soon.” Meanwhile, another one wrote, “He really couldn’t wait. We look forward to Kim Seokjin’s return.” Another social media user wrote, “He’s counting down the days with us. He wants to reunite with us too.”

BangtanTV had shared Jin’s video on its YouTube channel earlier as he reached the training center. The clip was shared a few days after Jin started his mandatory military service. It also included visuals of Jin’s Entrance Ceremony with the rest of the members, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook (the youngest member) who came to bid farewell to the artist.

All the members of the Bangtan Boys clicked individual selfies with Jin, including some group photos. Jin also sent a message to his fans as he looked at the camera and said, “I’ll go and come back safely. Since being healthy is first priority I won’t be sick, and our ARMYs, fighting and don’t be sick either.”
