BTS’ Jin is all set for his military enlistment; Shares an update for fans

The time has come for BTS member Jin to enlist in military services. For the unversed, the eldest member of the Septet is the first one among the group to enlist for the mandatory services. It has been already reported that Jin will be heading for the same on December 13, 2022. Following this news, BigHit Music, the agency associated with BTS, announced its position to one of the media outlets in South Korea on November 24, 2022. Here is what it says, “It is difficult to confirm. We ask for your understanding.”

Enlistment venue and date

Talking about the BTS member, he will reportedly enter the recruit training center situated in Yeoncheon County of Gyeonggi Province on December 13, 2022. Jin is expected to complete his basic military training of around five weeks at the site. He will then get his official base for the rest of the enlistment period. The latest reports suggest that he is expected to be deployed to a frontline unit after training. The rest of the six BTS members- Jimin, V, SUGA, J-Hope, RM, and Jungkook, are expected to be present at the venue for Jin’s enlistment. However, there are no confirmations about the same.

Jin’s message to fans

Jin recently took to the fan community platform, Weverse, and almost confirmed his date of enlistment including the location. He then wrote to the ARMY asking them not to visit his sight of enlistment. Here is what his post reads, “While an article that I did not want, went up, but my ARMYs, you can’t come to the recruit training camp. A lot of people other than me will come and it will be chaotic so it could become dangerous. ARMY allabyu (I love you).”

With this particular achievement, the eldest member of the septet has become the third solo artist in the Circle Chart history to have sold over 1 million copies of an album. The first two records are held by EXO‘s Baekhyun and Lim Young Woong.
