The BTS members are eagerly waiting for their concert for the World Expo 2030 in October. At the same time, most of them indulged in projects related to their individual careers in the past few months. Among them is BTS’ youngest member Jungkook who collaborated with Charlie Puth for Left and Right. Now the latest that we know is that the collaborative single has spent nine consecutive weeks on the American Top 40 Radio Charts, namely the top 40 and Hot AC charts. For the unversed, the song currently ranks at number 14 on the Top 40 charts. The record makes Jungkook the first K-pop and Korean soloist to appear on the charts.

Previous artist records

Previously, multiple other solo artists made records with more than 6 million debut streams on the Spotify Global Chart 2022. The artists include BTS’ Jungkook, his Left and Right co-artist Charlie Puth, Bad Bunny, and Harry Styles. A total number of five members appeared on the chart, including hip-hop star Jack Harlow who was nominated earlier for Grammy music awards.

Left and Right

Talking about Charlie Puth and BTS’ Jungkook, the duo finally dropped the single on June 24, 2022, and there is no denying that we loved every minute of it! The best part about the song is that it comes with a kind of 80s feel to keep you tapping your foot the entire time you listen to it. Moreover, the sweet lyrics of the track are sure to make you feel like falling in love again!

The single includes chaotic yet simple scenes that bring about a laughter riot for all the viewers. The cute outfits of Jungkook and Charlie Puth sync well with the bright set that also adds a nice feel to the song. There is no denying that both singers make great pairs as they sing their hearts out and enjoy each moment in the MV. From what we can figure out is that both of them were having fun with the entire concept, sets, and of course, the song!

Charlie Puth’s revelation

Weeks before the release of Left and Right, Charlie Puth talked about and confirmed his collaboration with the BTS members in an interview. It was the singer himself who let the cat out of the bag by accidentally confirming his collaboration with the Septet. Seems like the singer was talking about his collaboration with none other than the youngest member Jungkook himself! As for the song Left and Right, it has already started winning the hearts of the audience within just a few hours of its release.
