BTS leader RM’s fans have a new reason to celebrate as he is currently dominating the iTunes charts across the globe with his brand new solo album! On December 2, 2022, at around 2 pm KST, Kim Namjoon released his highly-anticipated solo album ‘Indigo’ and its title track called ‘Wild Flower’ featuring Cho Youjeen. It was not much later that both ‘Indigo’ and ‘Wild Flower’ soared to the top of the iTunes charts in multiple countries across the world.

As recorded on December 3, 2022, ‘Wild Flower’ had already hit the No. 1 rank on the iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 87 regions including Canada, France, the United States, Germany, and more. On the other hand, ‘Indigo’ had reached No. 1 on the iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 67 different regions including Germany, Italy, and France. Additionally, just 20 hours after its release, BTS’ RM’s music video for ‘Wild Flower’ already surpassed 8.4 million views on YouTube.

On December 1, 2022, BTS member RM shared a music video teaser video for the song titled ‘Wildflower View’ with Cho Youjeen of his album ‘Indigo’ on BTS’ official social media handles. The teaser video starts by showing RM’s back as the BTS leader walks in a field with the sun setting against the background of the wind’s noise.

The official teaser of the track ends with the silhouette of the BTS leader RM standing at the top of the hill at the end of the field. We also get to witness a flash of light under the cloud including the excellent sound of fireworks exploding. This official music video teaser draws attention with its visuals that remind us of an art film. Moreover, at the end of the video, we get to hear a part of the track “Wildflower View” is revealed, which has definitely raised the expectations of music lovers.
