Do you remember BTS’ special letter addressed to the Army last month? If not, we are here to brush up on the details again. So, here is how the letter was captioned, “We want to remember and celebrate all the special moments we’ve had so far. What’s your #MyBTStory? Beginning this Saturday, we want to ask you to share your BTS stories with us, and each other, on YouTube Shorts.” The said campaign was launched on June 10, 2022, and now, after almost a month, the Bangtan Boys are ready with the release of the Yet To Come’ (feat. #MyBTStory) music video.

The new music video

The #MyBTStory version of the music video was released on July 13, 2022, at midnight KST, a month after the Septet’s 9th debut anniversary and of course, a few days after the Army’s ninth anniversary which falls on July 9, 2022. The new music video features a plethora of videos submitted by the Army during the said campaign. Apart from that, it also includes a voiceover by the BTS members who reminisce their journey with the fans so far.

The voiceovers

Group leader RM starts with his voiceover and says, “Many moments were spent together. There were times when my story became your story.” Then we get to hear Jimin saying, “I am so glad we have the opportunity to reflect on our memories like this. Precious moments unfolded before my eyes, reminding me vividly of the emotions and memories of that time, and left me with a crushing feeling.” Later, Suga aka Agust D says, “As I looked through your #MyBTStory one by one, whether near or far I felt we were tightly connected through song and dance.”

Then the camera pans to J-Hope aka Hobi who says, “From the clumsy appearance to the extravagant stage, our every moment was also a moment together with you.” It is followed by Jin’s voiceover who says, “There were happy times and sad times, but we felt blessed to have you as a part of our story and so blessed for being a part of your story.” The next one is Jungkook who is heard saying, “There are people who continuously support us, and to be able to grow together with them for such a long time is a rare blessing.” Last, but not least is V who gives a reference to the song’s lyrics and says, “The Best Moment is Yet to come.”
