SUGA’s new venture

BTS member SUGA is one of the most popular Koran featuring artists who have multiple achievements to his list and this year was no different. As of now, the rapper is all set for his brand new talk show.

Named after SUGA’s famous title track ‘Daechwita’ from his second solo mixtape, ‘D-2’, the show was revealed as ‘Suchwita’, a result of the combination between Suga’s name and the song. The show aims to bring together fellow alcohol lovers as they engaged in interesting conversations with Min Yoongi. As of now, everyone is excited about who the first guest will be for the show. Reports also suggest that BTS member RM was invited to the pilot episode.

Earlier news

As soon as BTS’ oldest member Jin enlisted for his military service, the news about the service of the second member Suga also surfaced on the internet. While Jin started his military duties already, it is being said that Min Yoongi will be reportedly exempted from the same because of his shoulder injury. Now, according to some of the latest reports, the BTS rapper will carry out his mandatory military service as a social service agent. They said that the 29-year-old rapper was assigned to be a social service agent instead of an active-duty soldier like Jin. However, the details of his enlistment remain unknown.

Agency’s response

Replying to the reports, BigHit Music, the agency which manages BTS and its artists including Suga, said that it is difficult to confirm anything regarding his upcoming enlistment at the moment. The agency further added that the company and the members hope that the Bangtan Boys can promote as a full group in the year 2025. This statement follows up with what was previously said by the same company regarding the popular K-pop boy band conveying in 2025 with their military services completed. However, this specific statement also means that the other members will also follow in Jin’s footsteps and go for their respective military enlistments.
