The weekend couldn’t have been better for the ARMY as V shared some of the most heartwarming moments from his childhood on Instagram. The BTS member sent the internet into a meltdown immediately after sharing a series of photos that capture his transformation from a child to a man. The series begins with some endearing images of a young Kim Taehyung with the rest of his family members and friends.
The first picture seems to be from some kind of celebration as V is raising his hands and smiling along with the rest of his friends. The second image is of baby Taehyung in someone’s arms, which the fans might find to be the most adorable of all! What follows is some more unseen clicks that showcase how he grew up as a boy next door to someone the world adores right now.
The later series of photos shows him as an adult, with a starting image where he is doing his iconic ‘V’ pose. Then, the Christmas Tree singer is seen enjoying some candid moments while posing for pictures. The best part is that he also shared some nostalgic moments with the rest of the BTS members. This involves working out in the gym, enjoying his food, shopping, and clicking selfies.

Meanwhile, V’s caption seems to tell his entire story from childhood to stardom. It reads, “25 years later.”
To make things better, all the members of the BTS also had a mini reunion at the beach that was even broadcast on Weverse on August 17, 2025. Kim Taehyung’s post also included a clip from the same reunion photos.
V’s love for the BTS members
Kim Taehyung is known to be an emotional person, and several stage performances that he was a part of are proof. Recently, the BTS member admitted to getting emotional after seeing the rest of the members get together on the Hope on the Stage (HOTS) tour. It happened in Goyang, where everyone, including V, was watching J-Hope perform. Later, Jungkook and Jin even climbed on stage to perform along with J-Hope, and this is exactly the moment that made Kim Taehyung cry. In his words, he couldn’t even speak at that point.
