Chicago Med Season 8: When will new episodes begin airing on NBC?

Unfortunately, the new episodes will not return on the network in December 2022, so fans will have to wait a little longer which is for another month. The last episode gave us only a glimpse into their wedding, but they were excited to exchange their vows which has made the show more exciting for the viewers to stream the show further. So, the series will return to premiere its remaining episodes scheduled as, “Winter Premiere,” starting on Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

The tenth episode will premiere at the same time slot of 8 pm (ET/PT), followed by Chicago Fire at 9 pm (ET/PT), and then conclude with Chicago P.D. at 10 pm (ET/PT) on NBC. The runtime of each episode is approximately 40 to 43 minutes. As of December 19, 2022, we would like to bring attention to the fact that the official title and synopsis of the upcoming episodes have not been released. According to the official synopsis, “When a subway train goes off the tracks, Marcel volunteers to help the victims; Taylor and Halstead must decide if they’re willing to risk their jobs to save a patient; Asher and Archer clash over a pregnant patient.” 

Episode 5: Yep, This is the World We Live In – October 19, 2022: The episode is directed by X. Dean Lim and written by Eli Talbert. It was viewed by an estimated 6.88 million US viewers. According to the official synopsis, “The effects of the supply chain shortages continue to impact the ED when Taylor’s drug dealer reappears; one of the victims of the recent train crash needs a transplant, forcing Marcel to improvise; Charles and Cuevas help a patient with amnesia.” 

Episode 6: Mamma Said There Would Be Days Like This – November 2, 2022: The episode is directed by Timothy Busfield and written by Gabriel L.
