A lot of interesting developments have taken place in the Dragon Age franchise which has piqued the interest of the media franchise’s fans. Centered on a series of fantasy role-playing video games, Dragon Age made its debut in 2009. Ever since the brand new animated series has become one of the most top-rated award-winning video game franchises comprising compelling characters and riveting plotlines. Its new series, Dragon Age: Absolution premiered in early December on Netflix. Co-produced between Netflix and Bioware, the brand new series is set in Tevinter, which seems like an interesting development since Tevinter was so far confined only to its novels. Additionally, Bioware also recently asserted that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf will also be set in Tevinter.
Produced by South Korean animation studio Red Dog Culture House, with Mairghead Scott serving as the showrunner of Dragon Age: Absolution, will there be a second season of the show on Netflix.
