Draya showed off her extremely quick postpartum recovery, around ten days after welcoming a baby girl with basketball player Jalen Green.
The “California Love” actress, took to her Instagram stories on Wednesday to post a picture of her “Walking Workout” routine, which displayed that she walked “0.83 miles” on a treadmill, only 10 days after giving birth to her third child, which is her firstborn with Green. She captioned the picture, “A quick 20 min walk. Not too much.”
Further in the clips, Michele was seen flaunting her curves as she walked over to the treadmill to wear her jacket on her two-piece gray and black colored gym set. The clip which showed that her body is in good proportion, was captioned, “If you’re wondering where my baby weight went … you see where the hell it went.”
In the next stories, the mom of three shared a picture, where she can be seen enjoying a “lymphatic massage.” She described her experience by writing, “After delivery, I was so swollen in my legs and feet from the multiple IV bags. This helped drain the fluid out. Post partum edema- it’s called.”
After sharing her experience of the massage, the “All in” actress wrote a message for fellow moms who may compare their pregnancy or postpartum journey to hers by noting, “Not that I need to explain but I am breastfeeding (for the first time) and this recovery has been extremely easy on my body. I dropped weight rapidly and stopped bleeding quickly. And I believe it’s from breastfeeding. Again – moms – do what’s best for you and follow your doctors orders.”
Michele announced the birth of her baby girl last Friday, May 17, 2024, by sharing a picture of her hand holding the little feet of her daughter. She captioned the post by writing, “In 2021 on Mother’s Day, my dad passed away. Since then, it’s been extremely hard to celebrate that day without remembering the earth shattering phone call I received that morning. Well, this Mother’s Day was different. My daughter was safely brought into this world and I’m forever grateful for the new memories we all get to experience moving forward. Love + Light everyone.”
The “Sound of Christmas” actress, who also has two sons named Kniko, 22, and Jru, 7, from her past relationships, revealed her pregnancy on the occasion of Women’s Day via an Instagram post consisting of a bunch of her pictures.

Even though the star didn’t mention the name of the father of her child in the post, basketball player Kyle Kuzma congratulated her and Green about the birth, in the comment section of the post. Green also shares a child, who was born in February with a woman named Myah Lakopo.
