Dylan Sprouse is recalling his altercation with twin Cole Sprouse on the sets of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

The 31-year-old actor revealed to E! News in an interview that he got into a heated tousle with Cole, revealing, “This is puberty. Brothers fight,” adding, “We were like, scrapping in the back, we were taking it through the hallways, like wrestling and fighting.” The Beautiful Disaster actor revealed that they popped back into their senses when a fan appeared to meet them.

Dylan said, “We got a knock on the dressing room door and the door opens and it’s a fan,” adding, “She was like, ‘Hey, would you mind if I took a picture with you?'” He continued, “And Cole goes, ‘Do you want to come back in five minutes?’ And she’s like, ‘Yeah, sure,'”adding, “She shuts the door and we both busted out laughing so hard, we didn’t even know why we were fighting. But that’s brothers for you.”

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody ran for three seasons from 2008 to 2011 and was set at the Tipton Hotel and followed twin brothers Zack and Cody Martin, played by Dylan and Cole, respectively. The story follows the lives of the twins who lived with their single mother Carey Martin (Kim Rhodes), who worked as a lounge singer at the Tipton. The series also featured the hotel’s heiress, London Tipton (Brenda Song); the candy counter girl, Maddie Fitzpatrick (Ashley Tisdale); hotel manager, Mr. Moseby (Phill Lewis); and the hotel’s bellhop, Esteban Ramirez (Adrian R’Mante).

Earlier this week, Cole spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the filming sequences in the show, saying, “If I’m being fully honest, when you shoot that many episodes of a show, they kind of all blend together as one big amorphous memory,” adding, “I don’t really remember too much of that period.” The Riverdale actor furthered, “The specific details are kind of lost. It was a different time.”

After 10 years of the series finale episode, Dylan revealed to E! News that he may join forces with Cole on a new project but is unable to find the right opportunity yet. He revealed, “The thing is, there’s just not many opportunities for like, good twin roles that aren’t taken by a single actor trying their hand at playing two people,” adding, “So I feel like we did do something together, we would have to make it, which is definitely not off the table.” The actor continued that they both “want to make sure it’s really good,” adding, “I think there’s that expectation now that it’s been so many years, so if we do do something together, we want to make it really tight.”

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is available to be streamed on Disney+.
