Ashley Park thanked the ICU nurse and the resort

Park, 32, expressed profound gratitude, stating that she was “deeply grateful” to every ICU nurse and doctor who worked “tirelessly” to heal her and extended appreciation to the Joali Being resort for  “responding immediately and staying with me to provide language translations and vital support.”

Park continued to express appreciation to her boyfriend Paul Foreman

She credited her boyfriend, Forman, 29, for being unwavering support during the challenging ordeal, saying, “You calmed my fears and held me through ambulances, three foreign hospitals, a week in the ICU, scary ERs, countless scans and tests and injections, excruciating pain, and so much confusion all while we were alone on the other side of the world far from those we know. I love you Paul. More than I can ever say.”

Despite being in the “throes of recovery,” Park admitted being hesitant to share her story but reassured, “I’m healing and I promise I’m gonna be okay.” In a heartfelt Instagram Story, she continued to express her appreciation to Forman. “@peforman I can’t believe we spent the first weeks of our 2024 in the ICU and hospitals,” she wrote. “I’m the luckiest for having you Paul…by my side through the painful scary parts of life as well as the joy.”
