Fate: The Winx Saga is a teen drama series that is based on the Nickelodeon animated series Winx Club, which was created by Iginio Straffi. The series follows Bloom, a fairy with fire powers, who gets admission to a magical boarding school in the Otherworld called Alfea. She shares her room with Stella, a light fairy, Aisha, a water fairy, Terra, an earth fairy, and Musa, a mind fairy. She tries to learn more about her past with the help of her friends, at the same time, ancient creatures called the Burned Ones return to the Otherworld and threaten everyone’s lives at Alfea.
The series debuted on Netflix on January 22, 2021, and received mixed reviews. The show was renewed for a second season in February 2021 and fans are eagerly waiting for the second season to see more of the world filled with monstrous menaces and magic-wielding fairies who come together to protect the world from evil.

No, Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 is not coming in July 2022 as it was not included in the list of movies and web series to be released in July 2022. It’s been over a year since the first season was released on Netflix and fans are desperately waiting for the second season. We were hoping for the show to return in summer 2022 but it looks like the series won’t be arriving anytime before fall 2022.
Fate: The Winx Saga season 2 Release Date
At Netflix Geeked Week, Netflix announced that the second season will come to Netflix sometime this fall. This means that Fate: The Winx Saga Season 2 will arrive on Netflix somewhere between September and December. We’re hoping for the second season to arrive soon as we have already waited so long for the upcoming season.
Netflix has unveiled the first look of Flora’s arrival in the second season, amid a whitewashing controversy last season over some of the casting choices. In the clip, we can see Terra in the forest as she suspects someone is close by, before conjuring branches while feeling under threat. However, they begin to sprout flowers as Flora appears from behind a tree.
“Miss me?” Flora asks as the two cousins then embrace each other.
Salt expressed hope at the time that fans would meet Flora, and addressing the controversies of last year, she told Digital Spy and other media: “I think it’s really important that we do see [Terra and Flora together] and if we’re lucky enough to get a season two that’s my greatest hope.
“I think the conversations that have happened around that have been really important and I’m really glad that they’ve happened.”
