Kanye West often grabs the headlines for one reason or the other. The rapper, also known as Ye, was mired in controversies for the entire year 2022. In the midst of all this, his former business manager has reportedly made a shocking statement. It is because the manager considers the rapper to be “missing” because he was apparently unable to locate Ye for several weeks, as claimed by multiple reports. According to the Independent, Thomas St John, Kanye West’s senior financial advisor for around 18 months is now all set to sue him over lack of payment.

Thomas St John has reportedly sought more time to serve the lawsuit papers to Ye, as he has been unable to locate the rapper, stated the same report. Talking about the rapper, he is named as the defendant in the said court documents. The US Sun also revealed the court papers according to which Thomas St John is now seeking an extension of time to serve the rapper Kanye West.
The former business manager and his team have reportedly had a lot of difficulties reaching the legal representatives of Kanye West. The court filing further said, “We were advised about a new law firm for defendants, but not a specific point of contact. We subsequently learned of information in the news that the law firm identified as new counsel was not affiliated with the defendants.”
It further added, “Accordingly, we have not been able to serve defendants through their counsel. As a general matter, we have had difficulty confirming the best current address of Kanye West.”
