Is How We Roll Season 2 canceled by CBS? Continue reading to learn more.
The American comedy series, How We Roll, premiered on CBS on March 31, 2022. The series is inspired by Tom Smallwood, a professional bowler. The basic premise of the series follows that after being laid off from his auto plant job, a 35-year-old Midwest husband and father makes the daring decision to provide for his family by pursuing his dream of becoming a professional bowler.
In addition, when a comedy show has the potential to provide more and better with each season, as stated by the audience, it is fiercely speculated whether it will be renewed or canceled after only one season. Unfortunately, if you enjoyed Season 1, we have some bad news for you. If you were looking forward to the next chapter of How We Roll. Unfortunately, the chance to binge-watch How We Roll Season 2 was brief, as the show was canceled by the CBS Network. Here is everything we know about the show’s abrupt cancellation.
Will there be a second season of How We Roll?
How We Roll Season 2 was canceled by the CBS network on May 12, 2022, after just one season had aired. As a result, the series has no chance of being renewed by the network, even if it had the potential to build a fanbase eager to see more seasons of these shows in order to see the characters develop and make the episodes better with each passing week, which intrigued viewers to at least tune into watching the episodes to see how the show creator will deal with these characters. It’s a pity that viewers who hoped the series would improve will no longer be able to see another chapter.
Why did CBS cancel How We Roll Season 2?
In the early months of 2022, many networks decided to stop renewing a large number of sitcoms. The CBS network is no exception to this pattern, as many original CBS TV shows were canceled for a variety of reasons. Unfortunately, How We Roll has also been dropped, despite the fact that the show had the potential to enhance its screenplay and character arcs.
According to Deadline, it got off to a fantastic start in the pins, with its first throw scoring 0.3 and 4.1 million viewers, giving it the second most-watched comedy series premiere in fast affiliates for the 2021-22 season. However, it has since been a mediocre performer, with lead-in retention comparable to B Positive and United States of America, both of which were also canceled.
Look at some fan’s reactions to the cancelation
