Kanye West has reportedly apologized for his anti-Semitic tweets during one of his interviews with Piers Morgan, in which the rapper also claimed he was ‘absolutely not’ sorry. Ye, as he is known by the name now, addressed the people he offended, saying that he wanted to give them ‘big hugs.’

The social media suspension
The 45-year-old rapper was suspended from Instagram and Twitter a week ago after having posted, “I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.” Kanye reportedly said, “The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda.”

Ye recently made an appearance on Uncensored with Piers Morgan that aired on TalkTV on Wednesday. Talking about the host Morgan, he tried to hold the rapper accountable over the comments, which is initially refused to apologize for. According to reports, here is what Morgan asked him, “Are you now sorry you said ‘Defcon 3 on Jewish people’?”, to which West replied with a “No.”
For the unversed, Morgan told Kanye West in the long interview that his comments were racist and added that ‘racism is racism.’ The rapper finally did a u-turn after a lot of arguing back and forth with Piers Morgan and apologized for his anti-semitic comments. He reportedly also said, “I will say I’m sorry for the people I hurt, the confusion…I feel like I caused hurt and confusion, and I’m sorry for the families of the people who had nothing to do with the trauma that I have been through.”
West further said, “I want to say that it’s wrong to hold an apology hostage and I gotta let go of that, free myself of the trauma and give it all up to God right now and say to those families that I hurt, I really want to give you guys a big hug and I want to say I’m sorry for hurting you with my comments.”

According to a report by Page Six, Ye is ready to settle his divorce legally from his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian. He has reportedly hired one of the most high-powered attorneys from Hollywood, who had earlier assisted Melinda Gates in getting a divorce from her husband, Bill Gates. As per the same source, Ye has filed a declaration of disclosure – something that is filed when the divorce case is on the verge of getting settled. The document further shows that the musician has sent all his financial information to Kardashian.
