Ye, previously known as Kanye West, and his ex-wife Kim Kardashian remain in the news one day or the other for multiple reasons. Recently, Ye reportedly skipped a scheduled deposition related to his divorce from Kim. According to a report by Page Six, the court documents were filed earlier this week and showed that Kanye West did not appear for the meeting organized on November 16, 2022. The reports also suggest that the rapper is given another chance to attend the meeting scheduled on November 29, 2022.

Kanye’s absence
According to Page Six, the rapper has been given another opportunity to sit for a deposition at the office of Kim Kardashian’s attorney, Laura Wasser. However, if West misses that meeting too, the issue of whether he will be permitted to offer any testimony will be heard by the judge before the former couple’s trial begins, as mentioned in the court documents.

Kim Kardashian and Ye, separated last year in February when the reality mogul filed a divorce from him. The former couple has gone through multiple ups and downs with Ye’s constant online rants against Kardashian and her family. The reports suggested back then that Ye is ready to settle his divorce with Kim and has taken legal steps for the same with a few new documents.

According to a report by Page Six, the rapper seems to be ready to settle his divorce legally from his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian. He has reportedly hired one of the most high-powered attorneys from Hollywood, who had earlier assisted Melinda Gates in getting a divorce from her husband, Bill Gates. As per the same source, Ye has filed a declaration of disclosure – something that is filed when the divorce case is on the verge of getting settled. The document further shows that the musician has sent all his financial information to Kardashian.
The children’s custody
Talking about the ex-couple, they had reportedly agreed to split their multi-billion dollar empire, but the two have agreed on the custody of their four children – North, Chicago, Psalm, and Saint. It has turned out to be a messy battle amid the rapper claiming Kim hasn’t let him see his kids. He also accused Kim Kardashian of ‘kidnapping’ their daughter Chicago on her birthday and not revealing the party address to him.
