Royal enthusiasts are convinced that Kate Middleton is the “spitting image” of her 5-year-old son, Prince Louis, following her recent post of a previously unseen throwback Christmas photo from her own childhood.
The Princess of Wales shared the nostalgic snapshot from 1983 with a caption that read, “Sharing some festive memories this Christmas because #ShapingUs is all about the vital importance of our early years and the role played by those around us in shaping the rest of our lives.” The comments section of the now-viral image is filled with numerous social media users calling Middleton her youngest child’s “carbon copy.”

One of her followers commented, “You’re absolutely lying, this is Louis.” Another user added, “I thought it was a picture of Prince Louis at first. He is her mini-me.” A third comment pointed out, “The Middleton gene is visible in both family members.”
“I’ve always thought he looks like her! Lucky little guy!” a tweet read. “Wow, such a brilliant comparison photo. I always feel that George has strong genes in the Spencer line, Charlotte in the Queen and Louis in Catherine and the Middletons x x x,” a fan noted.

Prince Louis often grabs attention due to his playful nature
Middleton and her husband, Prince William, welcomed their youngest, Louis, in April 2018, completing their family alongside older siblings Prince George, 10, and Princess Charlotte, 8.
The young royal is often the center of attention due to his playful antics during family outings.
Louis recently garnered attention for playfully blowing out his sister’s candle during a Christmas Carol Service at Westminster Abbey on December 8. Dressed in a coat and dress pants for the occasion, Louis, along with George and Charlotte, participated in the tradition of leaving letters for Santa Claus in a post office box.
