It was earlier in May that the popular K-pop group Kep1er confirmed making a comeback and fans couldn’t be more excited about the same. Now, the latest that we know is that the agency associated with the rookie girl group has already begun the preparations for the same. So, the official activities of the Kep1er members have started much to the excitement of their ardent fans. The members dropped a brand new MOOD PHOTO on June 3, 2022, at 12 pm KST while announcing their return with the mini-album DOUBLAST. It is scheduled for release on June 20, 2022, at 6 pm KST.

The Kep1er members not only shared the pictures and details of their upcoming album but also added an exciting caption that read, “A new blast is coming. What blast will it be?” Moreover, the accompanying photo of the group is nothing less intriguing here as it shows a bright blue refreshing drink with a bright yellow straw and a lemon slice. The glass is placed on some kind of picnic table as we can see green grass in the background and a beautiful white daisy in the foreground. Going by the photo, one can imagine that the Kep1er members are making a comeback with an album that suits the summer season.

Did you know that the girl group made an official debut on January 3, 2022, with nine members? For the unversed, the group was formed through the survival program under Mnet titled Girls Planet 999. The group’s debut mini-album was FIRST IMPACT which entered the Gaon Weekly Album Chart at the number one position from January 2 to January 8, 2022.
The Kep1er members also made the record for being the fastest girl group to win the first place in two music shows within 12 days of their debut with the title track WA DA DA from FIRST IMPACT. The girl group also appeared in Mnet’s Queendom 2 the live finale of which was aired on June 2, 2022, a day before they announced their comeback with yet another intriguing mini-album.
