Kim Kardashian is coaching her blunt daughter, North West, on avoiding unnecessary conflicts and not “annihilating people for no reason” in the best way possible!

Kim Kardashian urged North to ‘be easy on me’

In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the 10-year-old shared her thoughts on her mother’s designs for the Met Gala. Assessing Kim’s look, North candidly suggests, “It could be just a little bit better.”

Taking note of North’s insight, the SKIMS founder, 43, humorously acknowledged her daughter’s “critical” nature, playfully referring to her as someone who gives “notes” to different designers during fittings.

“This is just her vibe,” Kim elaborated, referring to North’s straightforward way of talking as she urged North to “be easy on me today.” In response, North confidently declared, “I’m not going to lie. I won’t say it at all if you don’t want me to. I’m not going to lie.”

North tried to ‘be honest without hurting people’s feelings’

“There’s a way to be honest without hurting people’s feelings, so I want you to learn that,” the reality TV star advised North. “Because there’s a way to say, ‘You know, I might not love that.'”

North then attempted to apply the advice, saying, “You know, I might not love your necklace or your outfit because I’m just trying to support you because, you know, whatever you like, you know. Was that good?” Kim, although looking a bit stressed, responded, “Yeah, that was a good start.”

Reflecting on North’s honesty, Kim went on to say, “North won’t lie, and that’s amazing. So I’m trying to teach her you don’t need to just jump in and annihilate people for no reason. There’s a way to soften it up.”

Later in the episode, North surprised the social media influencer by asking, “Can I have this outfit?” In her confessional footage, Kim reflected, “North can be a tough critic, but then she’s the sweetest ever. She loves planning surprises and is the most thoughtful girl ever.”
