The separation and divorce
While Kanye West has addressed publicly on several occasions about his wish to win back his former wife Kim, the rapper wasn’t successful in the same. Later, The Kardashians star was also declared legally single by a judge in March earlier this year. Following their divorce, the duo also went on to date other people. While Kim Kardashian was in a relationship with former SNL star Pete Davidson for nine months, Ye was linked to multiple celebrities like Irina Shayk, Chaney Jones, and Julia Fox.
The whopping child support payout
According to the details mentioned reportedly in the court documents, Kanye West will have to pay Kim Kardashian USD 200,000 a month as child support alimony for their four children. For the unversed, the couple shares four kids – North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
They also have been co-parenting the little ones ever since Kim filed for divorce. According to the latest reports, the documents state that Kanye is also responsible for 50 percent of the ex-couple’s children’s educational expenses which include their tuition and security expenses. Moreover, the property assets got divided in alignment with Kanye and Kim’s prenuptial agreement. The two of them reportedly waived off spousal support.

According to a recent report by Page Six, the SKIMS founder and her ex-husband Kanye West will have joint custody and equal access to their children according to the court documents. However, another report by TMZ suggests that Kim Kardashian will continue to have the children 80 percent of the time – a fact that Kanye West previously admitted in September. He reportedly talked about the same on the Alo Full Mind podcast and stated, “She’s still gotta 80 percent of the time raise those children, so what people saw when I was going back and forth is I have to be able to throw my version of what people would throw […] to the curriculum because my parents were able to do that to me.”
