Kourtney Kardashian has recently shared her thoughts on her fourth pregnancy at the age of 44. In an interview with Vanity Fair Italia, she discussed how her life has changed since conceiving a child with her husband, Travis Barker, and her experience as an expectant mother in her mid-40s.

Kourtney revealed that her pregnancy comes with certain restrictions from her doctors, which made her more cautious. She reportedly stated, “I think all this caution made me a little afraid because in the past I had never had to be careful.” Over time, she learned to overcome her fears, stating that she has now “let go and stopped worrying.” She talks to her child daily, maintains a positive mindset, and feels fortunate and grateful.

Urgent Fetal Surgery

A month ago, Kourtney shared that she had undergone “urgent fetal surgery” and reassured everyone that she and her unborn baby were okay. She described the experience as terrifying and expressed her intention to share the details in the future to help others, though she currently feels unready to do so.

The Kardashians star addressed the criticism she faced for becoming an expectant mother at age 44 and shared that negative comments don’t affect her. She views her pregnancy as part of God’s plan and believes it happened when both she and Travis weren’t expecting it. She reflected on her experience with IVF, noting that she felt it wasn’t the right approach for her. She explained that she kept telling Travis that if they were meant to have a baby, it would happen naturally when they stopped forcing the process.

Kourtney’s Family

Kourtney is already a mother to Mason, Penelope, and Reign from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, while Travis is a father to Landon and Alabama and a stepfather to Atiana De La Hoya. The couple’s expanding family continues to be a topic of discussion as they embrace parenthood together.
