Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker recently shared a harrowing experience regarding Kourtney’s pregnancy. The couple, who are expecting their first child together, opened up about a “medical emergency” that unfolded during the pregnancy. The founder of Lemme took to social media to express her gratitude for the medical professionals who saved their baby’s life. In a heartfelt post alongside a black-and-white photo of their intertwined hands, she also thanked her husband Travis for rushing to her side from his tour and being her rock during the crisis. Additionally, she acknowledged her mother’s support during this trying time.
Unexpected Pregnancy Complication
Having experienced three easy pregnancies in the past, Kourtney admitted she wasn’t prepared for the fear that came with urgent fetal surgery. She shared how this experience gave her newfound respect and understanding for mothers who have had to fight for their babies during pregnancy.
The Kardashians star concluded her post by expressing her gratitude to God for the successful surgery and for being able to leave the hospital with her baby boy safely in her womb.

Travis Barker’s Perspective
Travis Barker, the drummer of Blink-182, also shared his thoughts on Twitter, emphasizing the greatness of God and his gratitude for a successful emergency surgery for their baby. He thanked everyone for their support and announced the resumption of his tour on Friday.
The couple’s revelation came after Blink-182 announced the postponement of their European tour dates due to an “urgent family matter” involving Travis Barker. The Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin shows were affected, and rescheduled dates will be provided in due course.
Fourth Child for Both
This pregnancy marks the fourth child for both Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. Kourtney has three children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, while Travis has three children from his previous marriage and relationship with Shanna Moakler.
Kourtney and Travis’s love story began in 2021, evolving from a long-time friendship into a romantic relationship. They got engaged in October of the same year, leading to a spontaneous wedding in Las Vegas. Later, they had an official wedding ceremony in Italy, surrounded by loved ones and their children.
The couple had previously shared their journey with IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment but had decided to stop it. Despite this, they remained hopeful and expressed their belief in God’s plan, stating that they would welcome a baby if it was meant to be.
