Hence, it has been secured against the abrupt changes in its release window due to the ongoing 2023 Writers Guild of America strike along with the 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike, as the American actors’ union SAG-AFTRA went on strike over an ongoing labor dispute with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. It has coincided with a Writers Guild of America strike in a series of broader Hollywood labor disputes that have caused major rescheduling, including the release of the other two Law & Order series.
Law & Order: SVU Season 25 and Law & Order Season 23 are also being shifted to release next year in the first quarter of 2024. Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 4 Plot: What to expect?
This series differs from other shows in the franchise in several notable ways. Unlike the other shows, storyline arcs generally span several episodes each rather than wrap up in one or two episodes. The first story arc spanned the entire eight-episode season, and the second season will be divided into three arcs across twenty-four episodes.
