Are you ready to board the flight for one last time? If yes, then it’s time to buckle up your seatbelts, as the final 10 episodes of Manifest are officially on their way. It is confirmed to premiere this summer season on Friday, June 2, 2023, at the same time slot of 12:00 a.m. (PT) or 3:00 a.m. (ET) on Netflix. If you have streamed the show before, then you’ll know that the show’s mythos attaches significance to the date as it is the 828ers’ anticipated Death Date.

The group, led by Michaela (Melissa Roxburgh) and Ben Stone (Josh Dallas), sister and brother, initially believed the date only applied to the 191 passengers on the flight,  and they’d all live or die together. However, they’ve since discovered that if they can’t successfully evade their predestined doom, the same fate will befall all humanity. So, it will be interesting to see if the date has any major role in the story of the final season or not.

Manifest Season 4: When will the final episodes premiere?

Manifest Season 4: What to expect in the final ten episodes?

Manifest follows the lives of the passengers and crew of Montego Air Flight 828, who mysteriously reappear after being presumed dead for five years! So, there’s no doubt that after the intense cliffhanger at the end of the first ten episodes, the fans have eagerly been awaiting the continuation of their favorite characters’ stories.

If you recall, in the last episode, “Inversion Illusion,” the viewers got to see the Stones race to find the Omega Sapphire, Ben finds hope in a Calling that reunites him with a familiar face; Zeke faces a difficult choice. Hence, the final episodes will pick up the plotline from this ending in order to bring the show to a satisfactory conclusion after years of building this amazing plot, which for its final season has received a good 100% score from critics and 76% from the audience on Rotten Tomatoes.

That’s not all! As Manifest creator Jeff Rake also teased about what the fans can expect in the season, quoting, “It’s even worse than you [know], but I’m not going to give away how or why.” Further adding, “Let me just say the dire straits our passengers find themselves in forces the entire group to work together like never before. That collective action will make all the difference.” Also stating,  “The first calling in the final batch changes everything.”

According to Netflix Tudum, an unexpected person may also be key to their salvation. The report also states that Rake singles out Eagan (Ali Lopez-Sohaili) as the character who fans will be the most surprised by in the final 10 episodes. Notably, Eagan took Vance’s son hostage and has been a wild card (albeit one with photographic memory) for much of his run on the show. “The guy has layers after all,” Rake jokingly said.

In addition, it’s fair to say that the final season aims to put an end to the suspenseful mystery surrounding the passengers’ reappearance, as the final chapter of this will also have more jaw-dropping revelations, surprising interventions, love entanglements, unpredictable twists and turns, and fresh perils than ever before, which we can’t wait to get our hands on!
