After getting engaged for three years, the two of them finally exchanged their vows this Saturday in California. Friends and family members were elated as Sarah, 31, and Adams, 38, finally made it to the aisle over the weekend. Among those who visited the wedding include Julie Bowen, Jesse Tyler Fergusson, Sofia Vergara, Nolan Gould, and more. Talking about Sofia Vergara, she brought along her 30-year-old son Manolo Gonzalez as fans got a glimpse of the wedding on multiple social media images that were held in the Californian vineyard. On the other hand, Jesse’s husband, Justin Mikita, also joined her for the wedding festivities.
