Ghost Rider fame Nicolas Cage has a piece of good news to share with his fans. Well, the Oscar winner and his wife, Riko Shibata, are expecting a baby girl. The actor could not keep calm and revealed about being thrilled to make the announcement on the same. Cage made the heartwarming revelation after having attended one of the episodes of The Kelly Clarkson Show. It was there that he also promoted his latest comedy titled The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent.

The actor said with a beaming smile that he is going to announce some big news for everyone present at the show. Little did anyone know that it was related to the birth of his child. Apart from that, Nicolas Cage also revealed that he and his wife Riko have already thought of a name for the little one. As revealed by the actor, the name is inspired by his favorite song ever written – Across the Universe by The Beatles from their 1970 album, which was titled Let It Be. Moreover, the name is also inspired by his own father’s name – August Coppola.
Finally, the actor also shared the name of his daughter, which will be Lennon Auggie. Moreover, he also said that he would be calling her Lenny for short. Nicolas Cage received a heartfelt celebration and congrats from the host Clarkson post which he revealed about being thrilled to have the biggest adventure of his life.
Nicolas Cage also spoke to Will Marfuggi from ET last week at the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming movie. It is there that he shared about looking forward to welcoming the little one into his life. For the unversed, the actor is already a father to Weston (31) and Kal-El (16). In the same interview, he talked about missing how a child discovers things for the first time, singing lullabies, or going to a toy store.
