“Claire: There’s nothing else to do, is there? Nothing else but wait.
Jamie: I might say an act of contrition. We did that always the night before a battle. Just in case.”

Will Outlander Season 7 come to Starz in May 2022?
Unfortunately, Outlander Season 7 won’t be coming to Starz in May 2022. It is because of the fact that the previous season has just wrapped up and no new season hits the screens so quickly after that. Even though the production and filming of Season 7 is almost done, there’s a lot left in terms of post-production.
When will Outlander Season 7 be out?
Keeping into account the current status of production and the estimated time taken by post-production procedures, we can expect Outlander Season 7 to hit the screens sometime in the first quarter of the year 2023. However, no official announcements have been made yet.
How many episodes will be there in Outlander Season 7?
As per the information that has been released, Outlander Season 7 is all set to have sixteen episodes in total. These many episodes are a kind of compensation for the last season where COVID affected the production and filming and thus, the total episodes of the season.
Outlander Season 7 Trailer
Although the series has been renewed for the seventh season, there has been no new trailer release. Till it comes out, do take a look at the trailer of Season 6 in case you haven’t watched it or just to brush up on the facts:
Outlander Season 7 Plot
As per Diana Gabaldon’s website, Outlander Season 7 is:
“Set in America, London, Canada, and Scotland. The book’s cover image reflects the internal shape of the novel: a caltrop. That’s an ancient military weapon that looks like a child’s jack with sharp points; the Romans used them to deter elephants, and the Highway Patrol still uses them to stop fleeing perps in cars. This book has four significant storylines: Jamie and Claire; Roger and Brianna (and family); Lord John and William; and Young Ian, all intersecting in the nexus of the American Revolution—and all of them with sharp points. (1777-1778/1972)”
As per the information released earlier, the upcoming season of the series is based on Diana Gabaldon’s novel series Echo in the Bone.
