Paris Hilton, known for taking a stance against unnecessary media hate, has proved her strong resolve once again. The socialite confronted the negative comments about her son’s appearance on social media, labeling the trolls “sick.” The controversy began when the 42-year-old posted a picture alongside Phoenix, her 9-month-old son, with husband Carter Reum.
The post was filled with trolls commenting about the size of the infant’s head. “My precious angel baby Phoenix’s first time in NYC,” she captioned the snaps featuring her and her son seated together on a white couch last week.

Paris slams ‘sick’ trolls
Hitting back at netizens criticizing her son’s appearance, Hilton responded to a TikTok where a follower called out the trolls, saying her son is healthy. “There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain,” she wrote in the comments section.
Hilton and Reum welcomed their first child through a surrogate on January 16, 2023. The couple, who got married in late 2021, publicly shared the news of their baby’s arrival one week after the birth.

Everyone in the family is obsessed with Phoenix
The businesswoman has previously mentioned how everyone in the family adores Phoenix, noting that she is not raising him alone. “[My parents] are just so obsessed with him,” Hilton told People while mentioning her mom, Kathy Hilton, and dad, Rick Hilton.
“I’m always calling my mom and my sister [Nicky Hilton] for advice, and I’m really lucky that I’m so close with my family, so I have such a big support group,” she added.
