Fans expressed outrage as explicit AI-generated images of Taylor Swift went viral on X on Thursday morning. The hashtag “Protect Taylor Swift” soon began trending on social media following the circulation of several X-rated images from various NSFW websites.
The “deepfake” images reportedly depicted Swift in sexually provocative and offensive poses at a Kansas City Chiefs game. The offensive images of the “Enchanted” hitmaker, who is currently in a relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, 34, originated on multiple AI sites earlier this month, according to Page Six.

Taylor Swift is considering legal action
While Swift has not made any official statements regarding the ongoing situation, however, as per an insider the artist is “furious”. The “Cruel Summer” singer is also reportedly considering legal action, according to the Daily Mail. The insider emphasized, “Whether or not legal action will be taken is being decided, but there is one thing that is clear: These fake, AI-generated images are abusive, offensive, exploitative and done without Taylor’s consent and/or knowledge.”
“The Twitter account that posted them does not exist anymore. It is shocking that the social media platform even let them be up to begin with,” the source added. The report further noted that Swift’s family and friends are also angered by the situation. The insider added, “Legislation needs to be passed to prevent this, and laws must be enacted.”
