Quantum Leap Season 2 Plot

The series has yet to release its final episode of the first season so we can’t predict what the story will explore in the new season. Hence, it is expected to follow the basic premise of the series which states, “It’s been 30 years since Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator and vanished. Now a new team has been assembled to restart the project in the hopes of understanding the mysteries behind the machine and the man who created it.” On the other hand, coming from original creator Donald P. Bellisario, the renewed series marks a fascinating fusion of old and new, merging lingering questions about Beckett’s disappearance with that of Song, his equally-invested present-day successor at the top secret government lab that houses the mythically futuristic, hush-hush physics project.
