5 simple steps to making the best pancakes

Step 1: Take a bowl, as per your preference, that holds all the ingredients together. Make sure it’s clean by wiping it dry with a napkin. Then put the items into the bowl and mix them well by thoroughly combining all of the dry ingredients.

Step 2: It’s the best of both worlds! Now, take all of the wet ingredients and add them to the dry mix in the measured amount as listed above to make a perfect pancake batter mix.

Step 3: Now, it’s time to get mixing! Make sure that the batter is smooth and free of lumps. You can avoid them by slowly combining the wet ingredients with the dry mix and continuing to fold and turn the batter to ensure consistency. Remember to fold the batter and not stir! Tip: You can double the quantity of the ingredients if you want to make it for more people.

Step 4: Take a hot griddle, skillet, or pan and melt the butter. After a few minutes, scoop some of the pancake batter from the bowl onto the pan and cook for two to three minutes, then flip when bubbles form on the surface and the sides of the pancake appear to be dry. Continue with more oil or butter and the remaining batter to make them for four individuals.

Step 5: Cook until both sides are golden brown and still fluffy and soft, which typically takes two to three minutes per side. When they are cooked, transfer them to a plate and serve them while they are still warm. Enjoy the delicious pancakes with your favorite toppings. To prevent the pancakes from becoming soggy, save the toppings until just before serving and store them in an airtight container if you want to serve them later.
