Dorit and PK Kemsley may be neck-deep in financial trouble.

A weeks before the premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, a notice of default was filed against the estranged couple on their Los Angeles home, according to The Sun with their $7.5 million mansion landing in pre-foreclosure.

The outlet acquired court documents that state that PK and Dorit missed out on three or four payments on their Encino property, which resulted in their lender initiating the foreclosure process. The former couple was served a court notice on October 24. The Kemsleys can regain their freedom by paying off the amount, but the main question is if they have the money at all.

If they cannot pay the lump sum amount at once, they have two options to resort to before the lender can foreclose the mansion at will. The first option is to hire a foreclosure attorney to work out a payment plan, file a lawsuit, and apply to the California Mortgage Relief Program. Their second option would be to file for bankruptcy.

Dorit and PK purchased the property in 2019, which contains six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a palatial kitchen with two massive islands, expensive fixtures gold hardware, and custom wallpapers. The outside of the modern farmhouse contains a massive pool, a half-basketball court, a sitting cabana area, and a putting green.

Two years after the couple moved into the mansion with their son Jagger and daughter Phoenix, Dorit was robbed at gunpoint in 2021 while her kids were home and PK was out. The burglary resulted in the usurpation of several jewels and costly items, the details of which were explored in Season 12 of RHOBH, which also detailed Dorit’s PTSD from the situation and marital woes with PK.

There have been several reports on the couple that point to unpaid taxes dating back to 2019. As a consequence, the Bravo star recently had to empty out $635,887 from her bank account to repay the IRS for defaulting on her 2015 taxes. She still owes taxes from 2017 and 2018 to the IRS and has to pay a total of $986,887 in taxes.

In Season 14 of RHOBH, Dorit will navigate the downfall of her marriage to PK and will showcase the events that lead to this decision. Her strained relationship with her longtime bestie and O.G. Housewife Kyle Richards will also be taken up as tensions between the two have been running high since summer, with Richards facing marital issues with estranged husband Mauricio Umansky.
