Vogue México y Latinoamérica posted an interview that they conducted with Selena Gomez on Thursday, where the singer and entrepreneur is seen opening up about matters of the heart. In the aforementioned interview, which has been translated from Spanish to English, the “Calm Down” singer revealed, “Honestly, I have to start being attracted to the right kind of people, because it’s a bit of both,” adding, “It’s very hard to find someone who can listen to you and care about you, but I know when it happens it will be great and you will want it to be healthy.”

The “Love You Like A Love Song” singer previously revealed that even though she and Blanco have been dating for the past six months, their connection goes way back, per People reports. They worked together on the 2019 hit, “I Can’t Get Enough” in addition to Blanco singing the English-Spanish track alongside Gomez, Tainy, and J Balvin.

The musical pair’s relationship surfaced when the “Same Old Love” singer used Instagram to confirm it. She wrote in the comment section of an Instagram post after a fan account shared a photo of the two, saying, “He is my absolute everything in my heart.”

After that, the Rare Beauty founder put up an Instagram story on her account where she posted a black and white picture of her hand wearing a diamond ring with the initial “B” on it.

Another user uploaded a carousel of images that began with a photo of the Wizards of Waverly Place alum standing with Blanco on November 25th. When the comment section buzzed up with negative comments about the post, Gomez took charge of the day by commenting on the post, writing, “Not mad. It’s been 6 months bb. I will always defend my friends, family, and fans till the day I die.” She wrote this as a reply to a user who told her to stop posting pictures of her and the “Eastside” singer if she couldn’t handle the negativity.

Recently, Gomez herself shared a string of pictures ahead of the holiday season where she and Blanco have been seen cozying up to each other. The first image showed the Rare Beauty mogul laughing as she spent time with gal pal Taylor Swift. In the next image, Gomez was joined by several friends for a group shot that featured Blanco giving her a hug from behind. She captioned the post, “New York, my favorite moments w you this week 🤍.”
