It is based on a wonderful and ambitious women-owned real estate firm, Allure Realty. The firm is owned by SHarelle Rosado, and the other members are Tennille Moore, Colony Reeves, Alexis Williams, Anne Sophie, Rena Frazier, Juawana Colbert Williams, and Karla Giorgio.
The first season of the show, which premiered on December 15, 2021, earned a massive number of viewers and also, contributed to making huge profits for the firm. Will there be Season 2 of Selling Tampa?
Unfortunately, there’s no information regarding the renewal status of the show yet. But, with the way things were left between the ladies at Colony’s birthday party, we expect that Selling Tampa Season 2 isn’t a distant dream and might be back with lots of drama and surprise.
Selling Tampa Season 2 Release Date
Since there’s no information about the renewal status yet, there’s no release date for Selling Tampa Season 2 as of now. But, given there’s a gap of six months between the seasons of Selling Sunset, we may expect the same pattern, and Selling Tampa Season 2 might release in late 2022. We will have to wait and see until an official announcement comes in.

In the next season, we can expect some problems and fallout as Alexis left the brokerage in Season 1. While Sharelle left the door open for her to come back after dealing with personal problems, it’s clear Alexis was stung by the sudden shove.
The agents are worried about their levels of commission, and some are even considering starting up a competing firm. Anne-Sophie wants to start her own business and wants to get a real estate license, but Sharalle’s recent threat to Rena Frazier, who has her real-estate license and is weighing up her options. Sharelle is pregnant, and her fiance is in Miami. Selling Tampa Season 2 might also focus on the relationship between Sharelle and Johnson.
There are many questions that will be answered in the upcoming season. Will Anne-Sophie leave Allure and start her own business? What will be the consequences of Alexis leaving the firm? When asked about the decision to let Alexis go, Sharelle told metro.co.uk, “I feel like she needed that tough love to show I’m not playing,’ she explained, adding: ‘It’s like if you keep on saying you’re going to do it and don’t do it. So I had to set an example in the brokerage to show that we’re building and if you can’t get with it and continue making excuses, I’m going to have to let you go.”
