It seems like SEVENTEEN is all set to surprise the fans once again. It was on July 5, 2022, at midnight KST (8.30 pm IST on July 4) that the boy group shared an exciting piece of news for the carats. It is because they will be releasing one of the upcoming songs from SECTOR 17 ahead of dropping their fourth repackaged album. The track is titled CHEERS and is listed at number 4 in the official tracklist of SECTOR 17.
Talking about CHEERS, the track is supposed to be a unit song comprising of the group’s leader line members Woozi, S.Coups, and Hoshi. As for S.Coups, he is the leader of SEVENTEEN and the Hip Hop team. On the other hand, Woozi is the leader of the group’s vocal team and Hoshi leads the performance team. SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups, Hoshi, Woozi, Vernon, and Bumzu have composed the lyrics for CHEERS. Moreover, the song has been composed by Bumzu, Woozi, Ohway, and Vernon.

About the teaser
The official teaser for the pre-release track CHEERS is supposed to drop at midnight KST on July 6, 2022. Moreover, the official music video for the same is scheduled to drop exactly 24 hours later on July 7, 2022, at midnight KST.
About SECTOR 17
Just a few hours ago, the SEVENTEEN members also announced the official tracklist of their upcoming repackaged album SECTOR 17, which includes 13 songs – WORLD, CHEERS, Darl+ing, DON QUOXITE, HOT, WORLD, Circles, FALLIN’ FLOWER (Korean version), Domino, March, Shadow, IF you leave me, bout you (Sing), and Ash. Out of the repackaged songs in the album, FALLIN’ FLOWER (Korean version), CHEERS, WORLD, and Circles are new tracks. Moreover, WORLD is the official title track of SECTOR 17.

Promotion schedule for SECTOR 17
The SEVENTEEN members had earlier released a promotion timetable for their repackaged album SECTOR 17 thereby increasing the anticipation of fans regarding its release. According to the group’s promotion schedule, the carats can now expect multiple exciting teasers coming up ahead of the album’s release, which includes two sets of official photos that are titled NEW BEGINNING and NEW HEIGHTS, two official teasers, and a highlight medley.
SEVENTEEN had earlier announced the release of the much-awaited repackaged album SECTOR 17 on June 26, 2022, at their concert that was held in South Korea’s Seoul. They also dropped a trailer during the second day of the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] – Seoul concert in which the members were seen entering an area named SECTOR 17. The group surprised the fans by announcing the album’s release after an hour-long encore that day.
