Sharon Osbourne was recently found confessing to her regrets as she opened up about undergoing a third facial lift. In an interview with The Times on December 15, the 71-year-old described the surgery as “the worst thing I ever did.” She continued, “I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewwhiff, and then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected.”
When asked about why she opted for a third surgery, the X Factor judge explained, “Vanity. Ego. ‘Oh, you look great for your age.’” She went on, “But I know what I really look like. When I look in the mirror, I see the real me.”

Sharon Osbourne underwent a third facelift in 2021
Osbourne, having undergone facelifts in 1987 and 2002, initially swore off plastic surgery. However, she later went under the knife for a third facelift in 2021, as per her 2013 Unbreakable memoir.
Reflecting on the experience during an April 2022 interview with The Sunday Times, Osbourne described the surgery as “horrendous.” She recounted, “I had a full facelift done in October, and I looked like one of those mummies that they wrap [with bandages]. It hurt like hell. You have no idea.” However, she later asserted in an April interview with The Sun that there would be “no more” facelifts in her future.

Osbourne tried Ozempic injections for weight loss
While Osbourne may not opt for further plastic surgery, she did experiment with Ozempic injections for weight loss, a venture she eventually discontinued.
“Everybody was on it and I thought, ‘Well, I’ll have a bit of that.’ And so this is the outcome,” she further shared with The Times on Friday. “It’s been a year in December since I started to diet, and I’ve lost 42 [pounds]. I can’t seem to put weight back on, which is a luxury, but also, it’s like, be careful what you wish for.”
Although Osbourne does not appear concerned about the outcomes of her Ozempic usage, her family, including her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, and son Jack Osbourne, have expressed worry. In an interview with The Times, the TV personality revealed their concerns, citing their belief that she doesn’t “eat enough.”
‘I feel like I’m too skinny’
Osbourne has been open about the impact of her Ozempic usage on her body, stressing the potential dangers, especially for teenagers. In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, she cautioned, “Don’t give it to teenagers; it’s just too easy.”
She revealed her own struggle, having been off the medication for a while, stating, “You can lose so much weight, and it’s easy to become addicted to that, which is very dangerous.” Osbourne shared that she has lost 42 pounds and emphasized the challenges of putting weight back on. Concerned about her current state, she mentioned, “I’m too gaunt… I want to, because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100 pounds, and I don’t want to be. Be careful what you wish for.”
