Single Drunk Female Season 2: What to expect in the new season?
Rotten Tomatoes reported a 96% approval rating with an average rating of 7.8/10, based on 25 critic reviews. The website’s critics’ consensus reads, “Single Drunk Female‘s clear-eyed chronicle of the challenges of sobriety is a joy, thanks in part to some spiky satire and Sofia Black-D’Elia’s spirited star turn.” Metacritic, which uses a weighted average, assigned a score of 76 out of 100 based on 11 critics, indicating “generally favorable reviews.” So, it is obvious that the season is expected to expand the plot further from the first season which showcases a public flame-out at a New York media company forces 20-something alcoholic Samantha Fink to move back home with her overbearing mother; Samantha then sets out on a path to figure out her best self while confronted with remnants of her old life.
