Spider-Man: No Way Home won the hearts of the audiences like the other movies of the MCU universe when it was released. Now, the good news here is that it will be re-released in the theatres next month, much to the excitement of the Marvel fans. The reason behind the same is that Marvel is going to release an extended version of the MCU movie. The Tom Holland starrer will be hitting the theatres in India on September 2, 2022. Talking about the film, it has already been declared a massive hit after its grand release a year ago. Now, it is all set to hit the theatres again with some additional footage.

The extended cut

According to the latest reports, the film’s extended cut will be including 11 extra minutes of footage that weren’t a part of the original film that was released in the month of December last year. The extended cut’s grand announcement comes along with the release of a new poster of the MCU film that features Tom Holland in and as Spider-Man, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire highlighted in the spotlight. Apart from that, a 30-second trailer of the MCU drama was also released ahead of the grand announcement.

Talking about Spider-Man: No Way Home, it was directed by Sam Raimi, who featured Tom Holland in his third solo film as the Marvel superhero. The most exciting part of the movie was that it witnessed the return of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, both of them had played Spider-Man in the previous franchises. For the unversed, it is the same film that opened up Marvel’s multiverse and witnessed Spider-Man fighting villains from other universes. The film was a huge success, and it managed to collect a whopping USD 1.9 million worldwide.
