What are the allegations?
Talking about Oh Yeong Su, the actor is accused of making inappropriate physical contact with a person in 2017. The said person filed a complaint with the police in December last year, which was then forwarded in February last year with the opinion of the prosecution. It was at the request of the prosecution for a supplementary investigation, a review happened, that was followed by the lawyer’s opinion. However, they made a final decision not to send it in April of the same year.
However, the latest reports suggest that the Seongnam branch of the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office invested everything against because of the person’s objection. Prosecutors, who called and investigated Oh Yeong Su last month, made their judgment recently. All of them opined that there was evidence to support the alleged physical contact and handed it over to trial.
