Sweet Home Season 2 Release Date Updates: When will it premiere on Netflix?

It’s been a while since we got to see the first season of this South Korean apocalyptic horror television series, which is based on the Naver webtoon of the same name by Kim Carnby and Hwang Young-chan for Netflix, and we are aware of how much the fans have been awaiting its official return. While it’s encouraging to see that interest in the show hasn’t completely waned, we do have some unfortunate news to share with you. We hate to break this to our readers, but the new season will not return in September 2023!

We are certain that this is a bit disappointing, and we’re aware that you’re on high alert to get some details about the release date. So, we would like to clear up the fact that there is no doubt that this popular series will be making its official return to the network sooner than everyone’s expectations! As of writing this, we can assure the readers that the potential release date for the second season hasn’t been disclosed, but it is scheduled to be released sometime around late 2023, just like the first season, with December being the most likely release window in the fourth quarter.

Sweet Home Season 2 is not coming to Netflix in September 2023

Due to this, there is no way that the brand-new season will return to Netflix in September 2023! We’ll just have to wait and see what the streaming platform has in store for the fandom. Moreover, if we take the prior seasons into consideration with a bit of speculation, then the new season will pick the same time slot, which is 12:00 a.m. (PT), and 3:00 a.m. (ET) for its worldwide debut. Likewise, we would want to emphasize that this is all guesswork at this time, and fans should keep an eye on it.

In the meantime, we are hopeful that everything will go according to plan and that the fans will soon be able to get their hands on the highly anticipated new episodes of Sweet Home Season 2. Critical information about the monsters is made public; the residents are split on what to do with Hyun-su, and Lee Eun-hyeok suggests they hold a vote. Tasked with carrying out dangerous missions, Hyun-su heads back to retrieve Han Du-sik, and Sang-wook stops at nothing to finish what he started. With few options, Ji-su agrees to take a big risk, and Yi-kyung returns to Green Home just in time. When outlaws take over the building, the residents see how humans can be even more barbaric than the monsters. In the end, a military leaflet promises a route to safety, but the group is reluctant to trust it. Later, Hyun-su is exposed to a new perspective on his condition.
