Here is everything you need to know about when Sweet Magnolias Season 3 will premiere on Netflix.

We know that the viewers have been waiting for some time! Now, we are a few days into the new month and really looking forward to the new releases that will be available in December 2022. Unfortunately, it was brought to our attention that the series wasn’t included in the list, which is a little disappointing for the fans who have been waiting for the next season for quite some time now.

So, to curb all your doubts, we’ve compiled a list of all the things you should look forward to for the time being while you recap the previous seasons, which are available to watch on the streaming platform. If you are one of them, then you have reached the right place to know everything relating to Sweet Magnolias

Sweet Magnolias Season 3: Is it premiering on Netflix in December 2022?

Sadly, the third season of Sweet Magnolias will not be available on Netflix in December, so fans will have to wait a little longer. The next season began filming in July 2022 and concluded on October 21, 2022. On the good side, it is now confirmed to premiere on Netflix globally sometime around Spring 2023. The most likely timeframe is expected to be between April to June.

Moreover, if we take most of the Netflix series into consideration with a bit of speculation, then the new season, will have the same premiere time as other shows on the streaming service, which is 12:00 a.m. (PT) or 3:00 a.m. (ET). In order to receive updates on when the show premieres on Netflix, interested viewers can also enable notifications.

Sweet Magnolias Season 3: What to expect in the plot?

Can’t wait for Season 3? We recommend the fans to re-read the book with Netflix Book Club host Uzo Aduba, and revisit past seasons to know what will transpire in the new season.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, earlier this year, Sweet Magnolias star JoAnna Garcia Swisher shared that season three would more than likely pick up “close to where we left off”, adding that “I don’t think you can come back months later and say, ‘Whatever happened with Helen?’ and ‘Is Justin in jail?’ Why not go big or go home?” On the other hand, showrunner Sheryl J Anderson told TVLine, “I will just say she has a past in common with our ladies and some other folks in town, “She’s been away for a while, but she has come back with an agenda. She has come home to settle some scores.”

Although the Season 2 finale doesn’t end in another car accident, we were all left too stunned to speak yet again. Just as Helen and Erik (Dion Johnstone) are finally finding some balance in their relationship, their equilibrium is thrown off when Ryan (Michael Shenefelt) shockingly proposes to Helen. Showrunner Sheryl J. Anderson and executive producer Dan Paulson certainly love leaving viewers hanging on by a thread, and hopefully, we won’t have to wait too much longer to find out Helen’s answer.

Another shake-up from Season 2 is the arrival of a mysterious new character who harbors a grudge against Dana Sue. Not everything is about to be under control in Serenity next season, but at least the three ladies will have each other to lean on. “The power of female friendship really does fuel so much in life, but it’s not often highlighted,” Anderson tells Tudum. “Look at how women support one another in happy times and sad times, giving one another strength when it’s needed and support and joy. It really ripples through an entire community.”
